When a broker authorizes a trip, the trip data flows into your dispatch console without anyone in your operation logging into the broker's portal. Standard trip details — patient name, pickup address, drop-off destination, appointment time, specialty requirements, broker authorization number — all populate automatically and appear in your trip queue ready for assignment.
Status updates push back in real time
As drivers move through each trip and update status through their mobile app — confirmed, on the way, arrived at pickup, patient on board, arrived at drop-off, completed — those updates push back to the broker automatically.
